Cristiana Silva
Cristiana Silva is our CQC Registered Manager for regulated activity of Personal Care. She has 10 years’ experience in healthcare profession and has gained a varied experience in clinical and non-clinical roles. She is responsible for day to day management of our services. She ensures the provision of a high-quality person-centred care and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with the CQC Standards.
Asif Gill
Asif Gill is business Development manager for our services.
He is an experienced oncology nurse and has worked in NHS and Private Healthcare for more than 12 years. He is accredited recruiter and manager for Quality management systems. He works closely with Registered Manager to set organisational priorities and improve and maintain high quality of care.
Frances French
Frances has Worked for more than 25 years in the corporate world, starting her initial job as a trainee admin to climbing up the ladder to PA to Chief Executive. She has well rounded expertise of customer care, arranging and conducting meetings and seminars. As an account Manager, she can do what she loves most that is to deal with lovely people from all walks of life, raising the standards of care delivery.
